Defensive driving techniques are based on “Driving: The Essential Skills” and the police driving handbook "Roadcraft", which stresses the need for drivers to have the correct attitude and to drive responsibly at all times. Defensive driving is about concentrating, observing and anticipating. By applying these three correctly the driver will always have space around the vehicle and time to plan.

'Drive to Arrive' can provide a training solution to assist you. Instruction can be given in your own vehicle or one of the training vehicles, a Ford Fusion or Seat Ibiza 1.4 with a petrol engine.
